[Hiring] Supervisor, Client Delivery @GMR Marketing

Role Description

As our Supervisor, Client Delivery, you will serve as a key leader supporting HPE's global events, hospitality, and executive engagement portfolio. Partnering closely with the Director, you will lead the planning and execution of complex, high-visibility programs that strengthen customer relationships and advance HPE's business objectives. Many of these initiatives are highly curated, white-glove experiences designed for C-suite executives, senior decision-makers, and key customers, requiring exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and executive presence.

You have a proven track record in corporate hospitality and event management, along with experience activating sponsorship and experiential assets. A proactive, self-directed leader who can confidently manage multiple programs with limited oversight while building strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. To thrive in this role requires exceptional organization, sound judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering premium experience and outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience planning and executing domestic and international corporate hospitality programs.
• Exceptional interpersonal acumen with a proven ability to manage high-value client accounts.
• Self-motivated, solutions-oriented leader who excels in fast-paced, fluid environments.
• Superior time-management skills with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple internal teams and external partners.
• Full authorization and readiness to travel internationally for site inspections and extended onsite execution periods of up to 90 days.

Requirements

• Monitor global industry trends and B2B engagement strategies to continually elevate premium guest experience.
• Direct comprehensive event lifecycle operations, including commercial sell-in, contract negotiations, hotel blocks, food and beverage, ground transportation, registration systems, gifting, uniforms, marketing collateral, signage, and guest itineraries.
• Maintain high-touch daily verbal and written communications with clients, producing sophisticated strategic documents and deliverables for executive presentations.
• Implement structured, scalable project execution workflows using detailed project plans and timelines.
• Manage individual program budgets, tracking expenditures to drive efficiency and executing meticulous final spend reconciliations.
• Orchestrate internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) resource groups, including creative, digital, procurement, finance, logistics, and global operations teams.
