[Hiring] Supervised Release Tracker @Rite of Passage

Role Description

The Supervised Release Tracker is a member of the Rite of Passage team implementing the ROP youth tracking program. This position is responsible for:

• Monitoring and maintaining contact with youth in the supervised release continuum
• Communicating with stakeholders
• Working with program management & officials

This position requires:

• Ability to work independently
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in using technology
• Meeting important deadlines

Qualifications

• Live in the Jacksonville area
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years of age
• Desire to work with troubled teens
• Ability to pass a DJJ criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
• Previous work with youth is preferred (but not required)

Requirements

• 40-hour work week (occasionally more depending on program needs)
• Schedule set and approved by the SRT Program Manager
