Role Description

Are you a student looking to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Swagelok Southeast Texas is seeking motivated interns to join our team. This program provides exposure to multiple business areas — including Sales & Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Accounting/Finance — while giving you the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real projects.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with associates and leaders on meaningful projects
• Gain insight into key business functions and how they connect
• Apply your problem-solving and analytical skills in real-world situations
• Develop teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s program: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or Accounting/Finance
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail with critical thinking ability
• Initiative and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
