[Hiring] Strategic Planning Senior Manager @Cigna Healthcare

Role Description

The Strategic Planning Senior Manager will support and advance the strategic and operational agenda for the Cigna Dental & Vision business. This role leads high-impact strategic planning and operational initiatives with a focus on Utilization Management (UM), vendor strategy and governance, process improvement, analytics, and enterprise execution. The position partners closely with the Strategic Planning Senior Director and works across operations, clinical, network, compliance, finance, analytics, and technology teams to improve affordability, quality, and customer experience while ensuring scalable and sustainable operational outcomes.

• Lead strategic planning and operational initiatives supporting Utilization Management and related affordability and quality programs.
• Serve as a strategic owner for vendor strategy and governance, including performance management, SLAs, KPIs, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvement opportunities to optimize workflows, controls, and operating models across Dental & Vision.
• Develop executive-level analytics, dashboards, and insights to inform decision-making, performance monitoring, and long-range planning.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business strategy into executable roadmaps, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Support development of business cases, financial analyses, and recommendations tied to UM enhancements, vendor optimization, and operational investments.
• Lead or contribute to enterprise initiatives, special projects, and transformational efforts impacting Dental & Vision strategy or operations.
