Role Description

A Strategic Asset Manager who will take ownership of VIP client relationships with executive oversight. This role requires a highly analytical, strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and a background in top-tier consulting, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking (minimum two years at a reputable firm). The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and be eager to make a significant impact in the travel and hospitality space.

• Own VIP Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value homeowners and investors, ensuring top-tier service and strategic guidance.
• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Partner with leadership to analyze, report, and execute on key asset management projects.
• Enhance Financial Insights: Analyze property performance, monitor key financial metrics, and recommend strategic actions.
• Optimize Portfolio Performance: Develop and maintain financial models to track revenue, occupancy, expenses, and NOI, driving data-backed decision-making.
• Deliver Executive-Level Reporting: Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports to internal stakeholders, homeowners, and leadership teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure the success of managed assets.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in reporting, financial analysis, and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in consulting, asset management, and/or hotel management.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and generate strategic insights.
• Ability to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations that align with business goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage high-profile client relationships and present insights to senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the travel and hospitality industry.
• Fluent in English.
