STORE MANAGERS – Caribbean & South Pacific

B5 Recruiting is working with a large grocery and general merchandise retailer and is hiring several experienced Store Managers for locations across the Caribbean and South Pacific.

• Caribbean: St. Thomas • St. Croix • Cayman • Barbados • St. Maarten
• South Pacific: Hawaii • Guam • Fiji • American Samoa

Full-time, permanent opportunities. Candidates must be fully flexible and open to living and working anywhere within their assigned region listed above.

Selected leaders will join a structured Store Manager training and bench program, learning the organization, supporting store operations, and preparing to take ownership of a store as assignments become available.

Relocation assistance and immigration/work authorization support are provided when required.

Qualifications

• Strong Store Manager experience within grocery, large-format retail, big-box, warehouse club, or similar high-volume environments
• Experience leading large teams — ideally 70+ employees
• Strong background in store operations, people leadership, inventory management, merchandising, and financial performance
• Experience managing a high-volume retail operation with accountability for overall store results
• Genuine interest and flexibility to relocate within the assigned region
