[Hiring] Store Detective @OCS Group

Role Description

This role will require a mixture of shifts ranging from 0900 - 1700, 1000 - 1800, 1100 - 1900, 1200 - 2000, 1300 - 2100.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for Loss Prevention, to prevent and detect theft
• Following shoppers or staff who behave suspiciously
• Taking evidence from witnesses
• Writing short reports
• Detaining anyone trying to leave the store with stolen goods
• Handle sensitive situations in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Must have Right to Work in the UK
• Experience as a Store Detective essential
• SIA Licence
• UK driving licence
• Must have own transport and be prepared to travel. Full clean driving licence.
• A mature and responsible attitude to work
• Good observational skills
• Ability to use modern surveillance systems, such as CCTV and electronic tags
• Must have a valid PSA licence
