[Hiring] Staffing and Scheduling Apps Analyst Sr @American Addiction Centers

Role Description

Salaried, fully remote position. Previous experience with business application with experience in Staffing & Scheduling preferred.

• Designs and develops technical and/or non-technical solutions to moderate to complex business needs.
• Gathers, compiles, and reviews information and data; examines and evaluates existing systems and procedures.
• Identifies alternate courses of action and develops tools/improvements using existing software packages.
• Coordinates the development and implementation of new functionality and applications with users and IT staff.
• Assists with conversion and operational support planning activities and tasks of multiple simultaneous projects.
• Manages training when applicable.
• Identifies how requirements and designs will affect multiple application areas and recommends solutions.
• Acts independently, understanding client business requirements and offering effective alternatives.
• Works as an integration point to ensure multiple design teams are not in conflict.
• Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis.
• Performs and assists other team members in analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance functions.
• Supports and troubleshoots as needed; responds to user calls as necessary.
• Effectively communicates with users regarding complex project requirements.
• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions.
• Possesses expertise in clinical service lines and an understanding of IT systems and capabilities.
• Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between clinical service lines and IT.
• Evaluates vendor offerings and software enhancements for adherence to technical standards.
• Analyzes business and clinical service line operations to determine opportunities for automation.
• Assists in business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
• Prepares project plans including definition, scope, resources, and schedules.
• Coordinates all aspects of assigned system development, implementation, operation, and maintenance.
• Assures maximum system availability and data integrity.
• Coordinates the development of reports, queries, forms, and screens to meet user needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years in working on moderate to complex business process mapping, analysis, defining business and user requirements, acceptance testing, and documentation.
