[Hiring] Staff ERP Application Engineer @Lime

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, techno-functional Staff ERP Application Engineer / Architect to serve as the lead solution architect for Lime’s Oracle Fusion Cloud Order-to-Cash and Revenue platform. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, implementation, and integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud with a specific focus on:

• B2C/B2B Order Management
• Subscription Management
• Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS)
• Accounts Receivable
• Collections
• Financial Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH)
• General Ledger

This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in Canada to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

What You'll Do:

• Technical Architecture & Leadership: Act as the principal technical architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud, leading end-to-end implementation and engineering projects while ensuring best practices in configuration, extensions, and data integrity.
• Core Module Architecture: Design, configure, and optimize end-to-end processes across Oracle modules with clear ownership of cross-module architecture and accounting impacts.
• Usage Billing & Event Model Design: Define and govern the transaction architecture for usage-based billing.
• Revenue Recognition & Policy Translation: Translate accounting policy and commercial constructs into system design for ASC 606 / IFRS 15 scenarios.
• Subledger, GL & Reconciliation Design: Own subledger-to-GL architecture across various modules.
• Boundary System Integration: Architect robust integrations between Oracle Fusion and surrounding platforms.
• Implementation Leadership: Serve as the design authority during various project phases.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to translate complex commercial constraints into scalable technical solutions.
• Standards & Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous development and coding standards.
• Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Innovation & Lifecycle Management: Stay at the forefront of Oracle quarterly releases and recommend innovations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total ERP engineering experience.
• 7+ years of dedicated technical expertise architecting and developing solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge across Oracle modules.
• Strong hands-on experience across Accounts Receivable, Collections, and General Ledger.
• Expert-level SQL/PL-SQL skills with deep database management experience.
• Experience designing scalable accounting and revenue solutions for high-volume transactional environments.
• Strong experience integrating Oracle Fusion with various systems.
• 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations or major transformations.

Requirements

• Advanced Module Customization in Order Management & Subscription Management.
• Proven experience designing transaction objects and event models in Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Experience with high-volume architecture and integration with boundary systems.
• Experience performing comprehensive technical design and code reviews.
• Strong background working in compliance-driven environments.

Preferred Experience

• Working knowledge of other Oracle Financial modules such as Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Familiarity with NetSuite GL integration patterns.
• Experience supporting mobility, transportation, SaaS, or marketplace business models.
• Experience with B2B commercial constructs.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications in relevant modules are strongly preferred.
