Role Description

A+ Quality Management & Consulting Inc provides support and guidance in meeting the health care industry's standards in delivering excellent health care services. You will help enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency by providing insightful health records assessment review and actionable recommendations to healthcare providers.

Daily Operations and Administrative Support:

• Manage daily administrative workflows.
• Coordinate communications between internal teams and external healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate health records.
• Organize documentation for quality reviews.
• Prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure all administrative processes align with current industry standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare necessary paperwork for regular company procedures.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Organize and maintain employee records.
• Update internal databases.
• Answer employees’ queries and forward them to the HR department as needed.
• Retrieve company and employee data, as requested.
• Check office supply stock and place orders when needed.
• Arrange staff travel and accommodations.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Staff Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Knowledge of office and HR procedures.
• Computer literacy (MS Office in particular).
• Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers and fax machines).
• Knowledge of labor laws.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism while collaborating with varying managerial levels.
• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and standard office software applications.

Compensation

USD 49,000–67,000 per year

Your First Months at A+ Quality Management & Consulting Inc

During your first three months under the 40h/week schedule and probation period, you will take on core administrative duties, familiarize yourself with health records assessment processes, and integrate into our remote operations.
