[Hiring] Sr. Strategic Events Manager @Samsara

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated, highly organized team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. This candidate will own Samsara’s global sponsorship strategy, driving end-to-end sponsorship revenue and partner engagement. The primary focus will be on:

• Outbound sponsorship sales
• Deal negotiation
• Execution across our global customer conference, Samsara Beyond, and our broader event portfolio

The goal is to expand and scale a high-impact global sponsorship program. We are seeking someone who can:

• Work cross-functionally
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Bring a strong understanding of sponsorship strategy and sales execution
• Ensure sponsors receive a seamless, high-value experience from onboarding through activation and post-event engagement

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, event management, or B2B sales-focused roles
• Experience driving revenue or commercial outcomes through client or partner relationships
• Strong relationship-building skills with experience working with senior stakeholders or external partners
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, events, and operational teams to deliver programs or initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
