[Hiring] Sr. Director, Pharmacy Network Informatics @Navitus Health Solutions

Role Description

Due to growth, we are adding a Sr. Director, Pharmacy Network Informatics to our team! The Sr. Director will oversee, lead and provide strategic direction to various teams to ensure the success of business needs, financial guarantee, and risk analysis. The role includes:

• Directing the adequacy and performance of Navitus’ provider networks via data modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Developing and overseeing pharmacy business intelligence dashboards, reports, and analytics infrastructure.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to align pharmacy performance metrics with organizational goals.
• Leading and managing risk-based pharmacy performance projects to ensure proper reimbursement and contract compliance.
• Leveraging large datasets to model financial, clinical, and operational outcomes.
• Interpreting data models to establish prospect and renewal pricing.
• Supporting senior leadership regarding provider agreements and network pricing strategy.
• Collaborating with Provider Services team leads on key objectives.
• Maintaining a competitive, market-leading MAC Program.
• Monitoring Navitus generic effective rate and pharmacy pricing methodologies.
• Defending governmental and commercial reports during audits.
• Identifying opportunities for maximizing user self-service of pharmacy networks data.
• Leading and inspiring high-performing teams to drive operational excellence.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, statistics, finance, actuarial sciences, or business or equivalent work experience.
• Additional work experience and/or courses in a health-related field, especially pharmacy benefit management, preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in healthcare economics or PBM analytics.
• 10+ years’ experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience leading teams in PBM or managed care preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building and operationalizing Pharmacy Network Informatics structures.
• Strong track record of leading processes and collaboration with external client-facing teams.
• 5+ years’ experience leading informatics and developing data-driven analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to design long-term strategies for business risk mitigation.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
