Role Description

The Specialty Pharmacy National Account Executive is a high-impact, field-based role responsible for leading strategic relationships with national and independent Specialty Pharmacy partners within the Market Access organization. This individual will drive Specialty Pharmacy channel strategy, strengthen customer partnerships, and support patient access initiatives in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment.

• Lead strategic relationships with national and independent Specialty Pharmacy accounts
• Drive compliant, high-value partnerships that support patient access and customer performance
• Identify account trends, risks, and opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Partner cross-functionally with Pricing, Contracting, Trade, HUB, Patient Services, and Market Access teams
• Lead account planning, negotiations, and performance management initiatives
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance and improve patient experience outcomes
• Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute Specialty Pharmacy channel objectives
• Ensure all activities align with legal, compliance, and privacy requirements

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare industries
• Deep expertise in Specialty Pharmacy, Market Access, reimbursement, and patient services models
• Experience managing national and/or independent Specialty Pharmacy partnerships from a manufacturer or provider perspective
• Strong background in account strategy, contract negotiations, and enterprise-level relationship management
• Ability to navigate complex business challenges and influence within a matrixed organization
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presence skills
• Bachelor’s degree required - MBA preferred
