Role Description

We are looking for a Specialist Event Management & Compliance to support the operational execution of medical events and sponsorship activities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all processes are handled efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with local regulations and internal SOPs.

You will act as a key operational resource within the event management process, ensuring high data quality and strict adherence to compliance standards while meeting defined service levels.

Job Responsibilities

• End-to-end event processing, including verification, approval, and compliance checks
• Management of event-related workflows and sponsorship activities
• Contract and document management, including drafting and dispatch
• Accurate data entry and system maintenance across multiple platforms
• Ensuring compliance with internal SOPs, industry standards, and Fair Market Value (FMV) guidelines
• Delivering work in line with defined SLA targets (quality, speed, volume)

Qualifications

• Commercial apprenticeship, business diploma, or degree in Business, Healthcare, or Event Management
• Experience in: Administrative contracting, Event operations, and Back-office project coordination
• Experience in pharma, CRO, or regulated environments is a strong advantage
• Basic knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks (FSA, EFPIA, Transfer of Value) is a plus
• Strong system affinity; ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously
• Confident handling of administrative workflows and digital tools
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Clear, compliance-oriented communication

Requirements

• German: Fluent (C1 minimum) - essential for local processes and stakeholder management
• English: Business fluent (B1-B2) - for international collaboration
