Role Description

This role involves speaker scouting as the starting point for creating high-quality, well-balanced event programs.

Identify speakers with strong presentation skills who can effectively deliver valuable and engaging content on corporate innovation topics
Maintain and continuously improve our comprehensive speaker database to track potential candidates
Collaborate closely with program managers to curate and finalize event programs
Reach out to potential speakers to determine their interest and availability for one or more events
Ensure clear and professional communication throughout the speaker selection process
Career growth is driven by continuous learning and the development of new capabilities, with opportunities to progress towards a Program Manager role, which involves taking ownership of event programs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Humanities is preferred
Strong (online) research skills to identify potential speakers, evaluate their qualifications and gather relevant information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with potential speakers and team members
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to ensure proper completion of tasks
Enthusiasm for and interest in innovation and business-related subjects

Requirements

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
