Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for Spanish-Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts to join our progressive team in Greece. As a key player in our content safety division, you will be responsible for ensuring that generative AI content complies with safety, accuracy, and ethical standards. Your efforts will help mitigate risks associated with AI-generated content and promote a secure digital environment.

• Monitor and analyze AI-generated content in Spanish to detect harmful, misleading, or non-compliant material.
• Ensure content conforms to trust and safety standards as well as applicable regulations.
• Work closely with AI development teams, policy experts, and content moderators to improve safety protocols.
• Identify emerging content risks and provide detailed reports and insights.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain the integrity and ethical compliance of AI-generated content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to raise awareness about responsible AI usage.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or AI-related fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of generative AI technologies and associated challenges is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High ethical standards and dedication to responsible AI deployment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in a fast-paced environment.
