Role Description

Centria is looking for a Spanish/Bilingual, high-integrity Clinical Leader who loves to supervise from home!

Support clients primarily in Arizona
Flexible working hours - you build your schedule
Average Total Compensation: $98,000 - $107,000 per year
Base Salary: negotiable, around $85,000 - $90,000
Annual Average Bonus Potential: estimated $12,000 per year
Salary Premium: +$5,000 for SCs who commit to afternoons M-F 12pm-8pm AZ time
BT operating hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-8pm
Ideal to be available for afternoon supervision sessions at least 3 (out of 5) days per week

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in accordance with BACB guidelines
Completed 8-hour supervision course or willing to complete within first 30 days of employment
BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing
Active state license, in good standing, when applicable
1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders
Prior experience working in a Telehealth/Remote capacity
Previous supervision experience is preferred
Crisis management experience is preferred

Requirements

Provide clinical oversight to clientele to drive compliance and retention to achieve optimal outcomes
Train, manage and retain a team of Behavior Technicians
Engage parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes by delivering 1 hour of parent engagement per month to all clients
Develop child-specific behavior plans following the principles of ABA therapy
Lead and maintain staff by orienting and training team members
Ensure daily functions of the team are completed by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value, and continuous improvements
