Role Description

The Strategic Sourcing Program Manager is a highly visible position with accountability at the Leadership level to develop and execute sourcing initiatives. This position will be responsible for managing purchases and overseeing the flow of processes through applicable systems. The Program Manager requires the ability to collaborate, troubleshoot, communicate, and manage timelines and budgets. This position is responsible for assessing opportunities and formulating sourcing strategies and interacting with business partners and key stakeholders. This position is expected to build strategic alliances with key stakeholders (including clients and suppliers) as it relates to successfully executing the organization’s purchasing strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, Healthcare (required; Roper only: Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree)
• MBA, Informatics, Analytics, Nursing (preferred)

• 5 years progressive experience in sourcing relevant commodities for large health systems
