In this role, you will play a key role in supporting procurement strategy and operational excellence by:

• Partnering with purchasing leaders and cross-functional teams to support procurement strategy initiatives across our Meal Kit and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) brands
• Coordinating vendor onboarding activities, ensuring documentation is complete and accurately maintained
• Managing pricing updates, SKU data, and product specifications across multiple systems to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
• Supporting invoicing processes by tracking credits, rebates, and following up on outstanding items to maintain financial accuracy
• Assisting in resolving operational escalations related to supply chain, inventory, product quality, and vendor performance
• Coordinating new product launches by aligning pricing, inventory, logistics, and system readiness with business requirements
• Monitoring product quality and key operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support strategic sourcing initiatives, market intelligence efforts, and product optimization projects

• The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing business priorities and operational needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with business systems or data management tools to support operational excellence
