[Hiring] Sourcing Commercial Manager @Solidigm

Role Description

Develops and manages internal and external relationships to provide sustainable cost, quality, availability and technology solutions while adhering to procurement policies. Partners with a diverse stakeholder base to lead and develop multi-year commodity strategies based on business/market intelligence, long-term analysis of the category/commodity and the supply ecosystem.

• Acquires and maintains industry, market and technical knowledge of commodities.
• Leads supplier sourcing, selection and performance management.
• Negotiates purchasing contracts, statement of works and pricing for goods and/or services.
• Drives cost saving opportunities in partnership with suppliers and stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• May develop new supply chain models for new or existing products or services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in sourcing, procurement and supply chain management, or related field.
• 5+ years proven experience of commercial sourcing, vendor management or related field preferred (however, candidates with 3+ years of strong, relevant experience and demonstrated potential will also be considered).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive work through to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.
