Role Description

We're looking for a Business Software Consultant to join our team and work with clients to implement, configure and support Umbrella Software. This is a varied role that combines business analysis, software consulting, customer training and ongoing customer support.

If you're equally comfortable understanding a client's business processes as you are configuring software and training users, we'd love to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Working with clients to understand their business requirements.
• Configuring and implementing Umbrella Software solutions.
• Training users and providing ongoing customer support.
• Investigating and resolving software issues.
• Building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Helping businesses improve their processes through practical software solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• A good understanding of business processes and accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP or business management software.
• Experience implementing stock control and accounting systems.
• The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience using all Microsoft Office products.

Requirements

• This is a remote (work-from-home) position.
• Occasional travel to customer sites will be required for implementations, training, support and meetings.
• A suitable home office.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• The ability and willingness to travel when required.
• A valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• Monthly remuneration +/- R25,000.00 per month.
