Essential Job Functions

• Reviews Community Care Services Eligibility (CCSE) program services case records and monitors program standards for compliance within state tolerance levels. (30%)
• Provides feedback to appropriate program staff via case review forms (30%).
• Provide policy support and interpretation to CCSE staff (20%).
• Collects, organizes, and analyzes data to identify trends as assigned (15%).
• Perform other tasks as assigned (5%).
• Attends work on a regular and predictable schedule in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned.
• Be familiar with and follow all HHS policies and procedures relating to job performance and work rules.

• Knowledge of Community Care Services Eligibility (CCSE) program services, policies and service delivery processes.

Initial Selection Criteria

• Must have a minimum of four years’ experience interpreting CCSE program policy within the past six years.
• Case reading experience required.
• Must be able to travel 10% with possible overnight stays.
• Effective communication as shown on the application with no spelling or grammatical errors.
