Role Description

As a Single Use Technology Expert, the role is dedicated to a key account and focuses on defining and implementing the Single Use Technology (SUT) strategy, driving adoption of innovative technologies, and supporting future molecule development.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve account targets, including market share objectives, while ensuring regular updates in close collaboration with local sales and key account teams.
• Identify new opportunities at customer sites to contribute to sales growth within Single Use Technology (SUT).
• Support, coach, and coordinate local sales teams and application professionals involved in SUT activities.
• Contribute to major SUT projects, including collaboration with the Integrated Solutions department.
• Support innovation initiatives within the SUT environment.
• Identify and implement action plans to monitor and manage the key account molecule pipeline.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline related to the biopharma industry.
• Demonstrate 3+ years of successful experience in process development or process/manufacturing support.
• Possess relevant technical expertise and strong industry knowledge within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
• Apply a self-driven and proactive approach to work.
• Manage complex challenges through innovation, structured processes, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications confidently.
• Demonstrate alignment with the core values of Sustainability, Openness, and Enjoyment.

• Domestic travel required as business needs arise.
• Potential for international travel.

• Base compensation $105,000 to $135,000 with bonus and auto allowance.
