[Hiring] SFDC Business Analyst - Emerging Markets @Pontoonglobal

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced SFDC BA for emerging markets to provide technical design for configuration and customization. The resource will work closely with our internal IT, vendor and business teams and owns configuration and customizations design that will be required in LSC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting CRM or commercial technology implementations
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with understanding of sales, medical, and commercial operations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or LSC preferred) in multi-country or global deployments
• Strong ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Experience working closely with System Integrators (SIs), product owners, developers, and testing teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Proven ability to translate local market needs into global CRM standards, balancing standardization with regional requirements
• Experience supporting UAT, training preparation, and deployment activities across multiple markets
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work with country business users, global IT, and leadership
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce certified business Analyst)
