[Hiring] ServiceNow FSM Administrator @Akraya

Role Description

This role involves managing and optimizing the ServiceNow Field Service Management application to enhance operational efficiency for field technicians. You will be responsible for configuring various aspects of the platform, including scheduling, mobile capabilities, and inventory, to ensure seamless execution of tasks. The position requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow FSM module and its integration with other components to support day-to-day operations.

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow FSM platform, including upgrades.
• Configure and resolve issues within the Dispatcher Workspace.
• Enhance the Mobile Agent app functionality for field technicians.
• Manage core FSM data models, including work orders and assignments.
• Configure and oversee inventory and parts management processes.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA Certification
• ServiceNow CIS-Field Service Management Certification
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform Administration experience
• Experience with managing and configuring ServiceNow Field Service Management, including its associated scheduling, mobile, and inventory modules.
