As a Delivery Specialist, you will guide travel agencies through technical onboarding, system configuration and platform conversion. You will serve as the primary customer-facing operational expert, validating requirements and driving end-to-end delivery success. This role requires strong technical problem-solving, project discipline and a proactive approach to leading travel agents through operational change.

• Lead customer conversion projects end to end, defining project scope with client and account teams while ensuring on-time delivery of technical tasks.
• Validate agency requirements, install and configure standard Sabre products, and support third-party and Sabre end-to-end integration testing.
• Design customized training programs and provide virtual, onsite and floor-walking assistance to ensure smooth platform adoption.
• Build strong agency relationships, managing change with empathy to guide agents through workflow transitions.
• Collaborate across regional teams, support groups and operational verticals while leveraging automation and modern tools to streamline delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on GDS experience (Sabre preferred), with expertise in end-to-end travel workflows, troubleshooting, APIs and Web Services.
• Minimum 3 years managing technical implementations, customer-facing consulting and solution design in the travel sector.
• Proven track record delivering customer training programs, providing floor-walking/virtual support and building trust across organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage, navigate matrixed/multicultural environments, and work with tools such as Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace and general IT/networking concepts.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed for onboarding, training and project initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management or Computer Science (preferred).
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish or French (preferred).
• Experience leading or contributing to project management initiatives (preferred).
• Familiarity with Corporate or Leisure travel agency workflows (preferred).
