Role Description
This role involves supporting our SEO campaigns by ensuring efficient project management and client satisfaction through organized task management and seamless communication. This role serves as the operational backbone of our SEO efforts, working closely with internal teams and contractors to deliver high-quality SEO services on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Client Project Management: Maintain and audit client project boards in ClickUp, ensuring all tasks are properly assigned, documented, and completed according to established timelines.
- Team Coordination: Proactively communicate with contractors and team members to manage task deadlines, address overdue assignments, and implement contingency plans when needed.
- Client Communication: Support creation of progress reports for SEO Account Manager to deliver to clients, summarizing completed work and setting expectations for upcoming deliverables.
- Billing & Reporting: Oversee client invoicing processes, track payments, and compile regular KPI reports to monitor campaign performance.
- Documentation Management: Ensure all SEO tasks (Local SEO, General SEO, Content, OTTO) include necessary details such as website URLs, keyword research, client information, and specific deliverables.
- Daily Operations: Maintain organized communication channels by managing email inbox and client Slack messages, ensuring prompt responses to all inquiries.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, or account management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using ClickUp and HubSpot.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts and digital marketing practices.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, or account management.
