[Hiring] Senior Workday Financial Application Analyst @Franciscan Alliance, Inc.

Role Description

The Senior Workday Financial Application Analyst ensures the reliable performance of ERP systems. This role:

• Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related software, user access or other problems.
• Participates in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement new ERP functionality.
• Coordinates new software releases, fixes and upgrades with Workday and technical teams and users.
• Recommends new features or changes to configuration/workflows based on user feedback.
• Acts as a liaison between IT and Finance/Accounting, focusing on system enhancements, automation, and streamlining.
• Participates on various ERP-related committees, including the Master Data Management Committee, the Finance Change Committee, and the Cross Functional Change Committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting - Required
• 5 years Accounting experience - Required
• 3 years Healthcare experience - Preferred
• 4 years Utilizing Workday - as a SME or end user - Required
• Above average knowledge of Excel - Required

Requirements

• Travel is required: Up to 20%
