[Hiring] Senior Technical Business Analyst @CI&T

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to work with one of our global clients in the agribusiness sector — an international client that will enable working within a multicultural team with countries such as the US, Switzerland, India, and Brazil. If you come from a development background and found your calling in bridging business and engineering, this role was built for you.

Your Mission:

• You’ll be embedded in the North American Seeds Routes to Market (RTM) digital ecosystem — a network of marketing portals, CMS-powered websites, CRM platforms, and analytics solutions that connect the brand with distributors, farmers, and partners across North America.
• This is a new engagement within our partnership with this client, so you’ll be helping shape the relationship from the ground up.
• Working directly with a senior marketing technology leader on the client side, your job is to translate business vision into precise technical requirements — and to bring risks and recommendations back in a way that builds trust, not friction.
• Day-to-day, you’ll work across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce CRM (SFDC), web CMS platforms, and Google Analytics 4.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT business analysis, with strong experience in digital marketing environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: SFMC, SFDC, web CMS, GA4.
• Background in software development — you understand what it takes to turn requirements into code, and you use that to write better specs.
• Solid agile skills: backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives.
• Ability to produce clear, actionable documentation: user stories, data mapping, process flows, business rules.
• Fluent English — written and spoken. All stakeholder interactions are in English, daily.
• High Softskills: this role involves navigating senior, opinionated stakeholders. You know how to absorb, structure, and return with concrete proposals — not conflict.

Requirements

• Experience with North American digital marketing strategies or route-to-market setups.
• Background in agribusiness, CPG, or agriculture technology.
• Familiarity with cross-functional integration testing and QA processes.
• Experience using analytics data to inform product decisions.
• Exposure to CI/CD environments.
