Role Description

We need a forward-thinking expert who is focused on driving automation, managing complex integrations, and continuously optimizing our Salesforce instance. You should be curious about how AI can increase system efficiency. Above all, you will partner directly with business leaders to identify bottlenecks and remove friction from core processes. Your expertise will ensure our CRM ecosystem operates seamlessly, remaining robust, secure, and aligned with our broader organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Deep experience supporting complex revenue and services operations with a solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is required.
• Experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) supporting Professional Services Automation (PSA) and/or ERP workflows is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Salesforce Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Flow, Custom Objects, Record Types, Reports, and Dashboards. Active Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin or CPQ Specialist is a major plus).
• Security & Compliance: Demonstrated ability to manage system security, profiles, permission sets, and change control processes.
• Integrations: Strong experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange packages.
