Role Description

Build the Salesforce Engine Behind a Fast-Growing U.S. Lending Company. We are seeking an elite Salesforce Administrator who can do more than maintain a CRM. We need someone who can think strategically, solve complex business problems, and help shape the future of our Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Advanced Salesforce Flow experience
• Experience supporting medium-to-large Salesforce environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture
• Experience with SQL, SOQL, Excel, and Data Loader
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (Highly Preferred)
• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification (Highly Preferred)
• Conga Composer experience (Highly Preferred)
• Conga CLM experience (Highly Preferred)
• Salesforce integration experience (Highly Preferred)
• Financial services, lending, mortgage, or real estate industry experience (Highly Preferred)
