Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Risk Manager to join the Compliance and Data Protection Office, reporting to the global Compliance Officer of SAP Fioneer. This individual will play a key role in enhancing the global risk management function driving efficiency and value to SAP Fioneer.
- Own and improve the Risk Management System (RMS) in alignment with ISO31000 and ISO27005
- Support Business Owner and Group Leadership in the risk management process
- Drive risk awareness and risk management adoption across SAP Fioneer globally
- Ensure risk reviews are conducted, and risk mitigation or acceptance are in place
- Prepare risk overview for the Group Leadership
- Provide regular and ad-hoc risk reporting for the regulated customers of SAP Fioneer
- Own and drive the Supplier risk management process and supplier due diligence
- Maintain and improve the risk management tooling
Qualifications
- Bachelor or equivalent vocational education
- 5+ years of experience in Risk Management in a global tech business; experience in Software development and SaaS are an advantage
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- C-Level communication skills
- High affinity to structured work and program management
- Ability to adapt to constant change
- Experience in managing and enhancing risk management tools
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Business fluent in English
- A sense of humor
