Role Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Researcher to join our dynamic team. This role involves ensuring successful design and delivery of research solutions for clients.
- Work directly with clients to build innovative tech-first research solutions
- Design methodologies, analyze and interpret data to meet client objectives
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to meet timelines
- Possess significant Qualitative Market Research experience, including digital research experience
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Previous experience in quantitative methodologies or mixed methodologies is a bonus
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level with a minimum of 2:1 or equivalent
- Demonstrable qualitative market research experience, preferably with a major FMCG brand or top research agency
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar qualitative Director role
- Previous experience in digital research is highly advantageous
- Good appreciation and understanding of marketing and client issues
Requirements
- Self-motivated individuals
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team
- Previous experience working with FMCG companies
