Qualifications

• Act as a trusted customer advocate by delivering solutions with a Customer First, Always mindset.
• Complete knowledge and practical application of principles, practices, and methodologies within Professional Services or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to evaluate incomplete information and adapt existing approaches to new scenarios.
• Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter while knowing when to seek guidance for new or higher-risk assignments.
• Experience supporting customer-facing deployments, implementations, or technical engagements.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to support local customers and partners effectively.
• A disciplined, execution-focused approach to delivering results within defined timelines.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in networking and network security concepts.
• Working knowledge of Linux systems and environments.
