[Hiring] Senior Procurement Manager @Cushman & Wakefield

Role Description

The Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for leading the procurement function within a portfolio of client accounts and their associated properties. This role involves:

• Developing and executing procurement strategies
• Leading strategic sourcing
• Ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Developing effective working relationships with suppliers
• Implementing operational efficiencies
• Managing supplier performance

This position is client-facing and highly visible to internal & external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• MBA or related Master's Degree preferred
• 7+ years’ experience in procurement/strategic sourcing, ideally in facilities-related categories

Requirements

• Understanding of the Strategic Sourcing process and demonstrated proficiency with e-tools such as e-RFPs, reverse auctions, e-catalogs, and contract management systems
• Legal knowledge, ability to prepare/negotiate agreements & amendments, and the ability to explain to clients the specifics of the contracts
• Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze and interpret information, data, and related documentation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, results-oriented environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to find solutions
• Experience effectively leading cross-functional teams
• Project management experience
