[Hiring] Senior Procore Consultant @Wipfli Advisory LLC

Role Description

Under the direction of a Manager, or Senior Manager/Director, the Procore Implementation Consultant will develop and provide solutions for clients pursuing operational excellence and/or technical solutions. The ideal candidate will help lead and shape the delivery engagement, in alignment with the statement of work and client needs. The role may include leading project resources as well as supporting business development efforts and expanding technical solutions and offerings across Wipfli’s technology consulting footprint.

• Lead end-to-end Procore implementations across modules including Project Management, Financials, Analytics, and Quality & Safety.
• Design and deliver client-specific solutions using deep technical expertise and standard applications.
• Collaborate with junior analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Act as the primary Procore SME during sales pursuits and multi-app solutioning.
• Integrate Procore with Power BI for advanced reporting and analytics.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope changes with proactive communication.
• Provide training and support to client teams on Procore functionalities.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.
• Participate in business development and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Drive innovation through research and development of new market solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in a professional services firm or 5+ years of private industry experience focused on appropriate technical area with 1+ years in professional services.
• Works towards obtaining additional appropriate advanced certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Procore implementations.
• Experience working with construction companies, real estate developers, or public sector organizations.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a consulting role.

Requirements

• Training, support or consulting advisory experience.
• Experience with compliance or professional standards associated with area of expertise.
• Expertise in Procore Financials and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of construction management and financial processes.
• Polished and effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities during engagements.
• Experience integrating Procore with CRM, ERP, or payroll systems.
• Experience utilizing IPasS solutions.
