Role Description

The Unit Cloud Services operates on a national and international level, for medium-sized and large companies. We develop, market and operate agile, cloud-native, forward-looking products and services for the digital world. Your Department:

• Measured by delivering a secure, stable and innovative platform.
• Work jointly with platform partners and other partners out of the OpenStack ecosystem.
• Create a highly innovative public cloud product based on European security and data protection standards.
• Looking for professionals and evangelists enthusiastic about cloud technology.
• Offer insight into how a large public cloud works under the hood, intercultural teamwork, flat hierarchies, and an independent working style.

Your Tasks:

• Know IT-Processes from ITIL to Agile.
• Adapt and implement processes to the specific needs of modern Cloud IT Operations.
• Eliminate wait times in Agile workflows.
• Consistently automate with common frameworks.
• Design and implement internal tools and services.
• Maintain an overview of processes, communication, and motivation within the team.
• Establish and communicate processes where necessary.
• Engage in improving overarching process-landscapes and structures.
• Work in a community where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting manner.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in a technical, engineering or business subject or comparable professional training.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies.
• Good knowledge of process creation and documentation, especially for DevOps.
• Extensive knowledge in infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of agile development processes.
• High level of customer orientation.
• Ability to assess technical solutions and find creative approaches to solutions.
• OpenStack and programming experience in open source projects is a plus.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Requirements

• You will be working in the European Union to meet our customers' data security and privacy requirements.
• Remote working is only possible from within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.
