[Hiring] Senior Practice Informatics Specialist @Altais

Role Description

As a Senior Practice Informatics Specialist, you will serve as primary contact for assigned practices & support Altais IT with the successful implementation, adoption, & long-term use of Altais’ suite of business/clinical tools in collaboration with other members of the Altais IT Team.

• Lead Informatics/optimization/proficiency efforts in collaboration with Epic SMEs.
• Independently identify opportunities & lead Altais internal projects.
• Principal contact to practices live with Epic including system training and support.
• Support practice/technology implementations to conclusion.
• Lead efforts to collect and analyze data on operational needs and analyze current business/clinical workflows.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Altais’ suite of electronic tools.
• Work independently & as part of the Informatics team with support of Clinical Informatics Advisor IIIs & team leaders.
• Work collaboratively across teams to generate unique and innovative solutions to address user issues.
• Independently resolve provider and practice escalations in an expedited manner.
• Assist with practice engagement, discovery in consideration of Epic implementation.
• Use skills and experience to support the Epic Implementation, Epic Support, and Epic Optimization Program models.
• Support onboarding, cross-training, and development of internal CAC team members and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting user adoption of Health Information Technology.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting practice clinical or business operations.
• Epic adoption and proficiency.
• Proficiency or Certification in PTK Applications.

Requirements

• The Base Salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000/year.
