[Hiring] Senior Manager SAP Ariba Configuration & Business Analyst @RTX

Role Description

RTX Corporate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Ariba. This role will play a critical part in supporting and enhancing the SAP Ariba platform to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to:

• Determine business requirements
• Perform hands-on configuration
• Provide integration support
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure the efficient operation of the SAP Ariba ecosystem

Ability to travel periodically to support business needs (approximately 30%).

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on SAP Ariba including hands-on experience with configuration, integration, and troubleshooting
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration to meet project milestones and objectives
• Experience with SAP ERP systems (i.e. S4 HANA) and integration tools/methodologies (i.e. middleware, APIs)

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• SAP Ariba certifications
