[Hiring] Senior Manager, Revenue Operations @Inktavo

Role Description

As the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you will lead the daily execution of our B2B SaaS RevOps engine, direct a team of three operations professionals, and establish robust Business-As-Usual (BAU) processes following our system consolidation. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations & Data, you will serve as the operational backbone of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 3 RevOps Specialists/Analysts, managing workload allocation and driving career development.
• Oversee day-to-day Deal Desk operations for our sales motion, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Sales leadership to streamline non-standard deal approvals, discounting, and contract terms.
• Design, deploy, and enforce a structured RevOps project intake, ticketing, and prioritization framework to manage cross-functional GTM requests with clear SLAs.
• Author, maintain, and enforce comprehensive operational documentation (SOPs, tech workflows, system architecture maps, and playbooks) to establish go-forward BAU consistency across merged platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end account assignment lifecycle, territory rules of engagement, and quota/commission calculations in partnership with Finance.
• Serve as an operational expert for our consolidated tech stack, ensuring high data hygiene, workflow integration, and tool adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience with a track record of coaching and developing operations team members.
• Hands-on experience running a Deal Desk, managing account/territory assignment rules, and administering variable compensation/commission structures.
• Deep technical and operational proficiency with Salesforce.
• Direct experience with core GTM tech stack tools, tools similar to HubSpot, Gong, and Chili Piper.
• Proven track record of designing operational frameworks from scratch (intake and prioritization systems) and writing comprehensive process documentation.

Requirements

• Experience operating in post-merger or post-acquisition environments, specifically around system consolidation, change management, and BAU transition.
• Experience with incentive compensation management (ICM) platforms such as QuotaPath, CaptivateIQ, or Spiff.
