Role Description

As Sr. Manager, Professional Services Consulting (Dealer Variable & Fixed Operations), you will lead a team of customer-facing consultants focused on measuring, managing, and improving outcomes inside automotive dealerships. Your team will help dealers implement and maximize the value of Solera SaaS products and consulting programs by turning data into a clear operating rhythm:

• Diagnose performance, take action, and solidify improvements month after month.
• Blend people leadership, operational execution, and KPI ownership.
• Manage consultants responsible for helping dealers drive Variable and Fixed Operations performance.
• Focus on performance management frameworks for various dealership roles.
• Improve customer pay and warranty workflows, service lane effectiveness, and technician productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong automotive dealership experience highly preferred.
• Experience leading teams that drive adoption, ROI, and measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal accountability and operational rigor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

• Own team planning and execution for consulting engagements.

• Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Support, and Product teams.
