Role Description

The Senior Manager OCM - Organizational Change Management (OCM) will be part of the Strategy & Advisory Services group within Slipstream's Enterprise Transformation practice. This role will lead organizational change management for complex life sciences transformation programs, with an initial focus on global CRM implementations and migrations across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and related functions.

The Senior Manager OCM will own change strategy and execution from early program mobilization through deployment, hypercare, and adoption. This is a hands-on consulting role. The successful candidate will be expected to define the strategy while also personally leading key client interactions, workshops, executive communications, change assessments, training strategies, and adoption activities.

In addition to client delivery, the Senior Manager OCM will help build Slipstream's broader OCM capability, including methodologies, reusable assets, proposal development, estimation, and solutioning for new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end organizational change management strategy and delivery for global CRM implementation, migration, and enterprise transformation programs spanning multiple business units, regions, and countries.
• Develop and maintain an integrated change plan covering stakeholder engagement, change impacts, communications, training, organizational readiness, adoption, and post-go-live reinforcement, aligned to the overall implementation roadmap.
• Translate technology, process, data, and operating-model changes into clear role-level impacts and actionable change, communications, training, and adoption interventions.
• Conduct change impact, readiness, and gap assessments across affected stakeholder groups, including sales representatives, key account managers, MSLs, front-line managers, Market Access, Marketing, IT, and Compliance.
• Perform stakeholder segmentation and develop sponsor and change-network strategies. Coach executive sponsors, regional leaders, managers, and local change champions to effectively lead their organizations through change.
• Anticipate and manage resistance across geographically and culturally diverse teams, adapting approaches to local operating norms, languages, organizational structures, and works-council or labor requirements.
• Design role-based learning and enablement strategies, including train-the-trainer models, instructor-led and digital learning, in-app guidance, job aids, and structured post-go-live reinforcement.
• Define and baseline adoption, readiness, and value-realization metrics. Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to identify adoption gaps and drive targeted corrective actions.
• Partner closely with program leadership, business process, functional, technical, data migration, testing, cutover, validation, and systems integration teams to ensure change activities remain synchronized with the overall transformation.
• Manage the OCM workstream plan, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and status reporting.
• Develop executive-level communications and presentations that clearly articulate change readiness, adoption progress, risks, decisions, and recommended actions.
• Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder sessions, sponsor coaching, change-network meetings, and train-the-trainer activities with confidence and credibility.
• Support pre-sales and advisory activities, including client assessments, proposal development, OCM solution design, effort estimation, presentations, and oral defenses.
• Help develop and mature Slipstream's OCM methodology, tools, templates, accelerators, and delivery standards across the Enterprise Transformation practice.
• Mentor and provide direction to OCM consultants and other team members supporting transformation programs.
• Work effectively across global time zones and travel to client locations as required by program milestones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive organizational change management, business transformation, or technology transformation experience, including at least 3 years leading OCM workstreams for complex enterprise technology programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading change management for CRM implementations or migrations, preferably involving Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Life sciences industry experience with a strong understanding of pharma or biotech Commercial and Medical operating models, including field sales, key account management, Medical Affairs/MSLs, Market Access, and Marketing.
• Experience leading change across global and multi-region programs, ideally supporting large user populations across North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM, or Japan.
• Demonstrated ability to translate CRM, process, data, and operating-model changes into role-level impacts and practical change interventions.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes involving senior client executives, regional and country leadership, functional process owners, IT, compliance, and implementation partners.
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience, with the ability to independently lead senior client conversations, workshops, presentations, and difficult stakeholder discussions.
• Experience developing change strategies, stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, communications plans, training strategies, readiness assessments, and adoption plans.
• Experience defining and reporting adoption and readiness metrics and using data to identify adoption issues and drive post-go-live corrective actions.
• Experience working within regulated life sciences environments and an understanding of documentation, training, compliance, and validation expectations.
• Experience leading change across multicultural and geographically distributed organizations.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, organizational psychology, information systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce, or other life sciences commercial technology transformations.
• Experience supporting global CRM migrations from legacy platforms to modern cloud-based CRM platforms.
• Experience working with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access organizations during the same transformation.
• Experience working with client teams and field organizations in Japan.
• Experience with GxP-regulated or validated environments, including change control, SOP updates, training records, and audit readiness.
• Applied experience with structured change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or CCMP standards, with the ability to adapt methodology pragmatically to client needs.
• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification.
• Experience contributing to consulting proposals, estimates, solution development, and client presentations.
• Additional language capabilities and experience localizing global change programs.
