[Hiring] Senior Manager, Healthcare Payer Operations @Sutherland

Role Description

Senior Manager, Member Enrolling & Billing Operations is responsible for leading multiple operational teams supporting member enrollment & billing; as well as leading operations within the Provider Enrollment area as well. This leader will drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, quality, productivity, and continuous process improvement while developing a high-performing team.

• Lead managers and supervisors responsible for member enrollment & billing operations
• Drive achievement of client SLAs, quality metrics, productivity and financial targets
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to identify operational improvements
• Coach and develop leaders while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Monitor operational performance through reporting and key performance indicators
• Manage staffing, workforce planning, and capacity forecasting
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization
• Manage escalations and implement corrective action plans to improve client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations
• 3+ years leading managers or senior-level leaders
• Experience supporting payer operations
• Strong understanding of the healthcare provider lifecycle and payer operations
• Experience in provider data management, credentialing, member enrollment, claims or related healthcare operations
• Proven ability to manage large operational teams
