[Hiring] Senior Manager, Events & Community @gaiia

Role Description

As an Events Manager, you will own the planning, logistics, and execution of all gaiia events. This includes trade shows, conferences, customer on-sites, partner events, team field marketing, and branded experiences. You’ll work closely with Growth, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership to ensure gaiia shows up with polish, energy, and consistency at every event we attend. You will also represent gaiia in person at many of these events, acting as a friendly and knowledgeable face of the brand. This role is ideal for someone who loves details, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys bringing people together through thoughtful, well-run experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in events coordination, field marketing, or similar operational role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Confident, friendly communicator who enjoys representing a brand in person.
• Comfortable juggling multiple events at once and working with many internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ability to travel frequently to conferences and industry events across North America (The expectation is to attend 1-2 events per month for this role; you may go months without any travel, others may require back-to-back weeks of travel).
