[Hiring] Senior JDE Functional Analyst @Communications & Power Industries (CPI)

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior JDE Functional Analyst with a strong background in JDE Finance and Distribution modules to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of JD Edwards (JDE) ERP solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business processes, ensure seamless integration, and drive efficiency in Finance and Distribution areas.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidates requiring employment authorization through an EAD, visa, or other non-citizen work authorization are not eligible for consideration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications in JDE or business analysis are a plus.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on JDE.
• Strong functional knowledge of JDE Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Financial Management) and Distribution modules (Sales Order, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain Management).
• Proven experience with full-cycle JDE implementations and upgrades.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with a deep understanding of business processes and IT integration.

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Gather, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to identify key business requirements and translate them into detailed specifications.
• Provide deep expertise in JD Edwards Finance and Distribution modules.
• Configure and optimize JDE systems, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and business requirements.
• Support the integration of JDE with other enterprise systems and ensure smooth data flow across departments.
• SQL query writing skills & knowledge of EnterpriseOne tables.
• Ability to support EnterpriseOne security, UDOs, and E1 configurations.
• Expertise, or at a minimum exposure to JDE Orchestrator and mobile application.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and implement solutions within JDE modules.
• Create functional designs, test cases, and documentation for new functionality or enhancements in the JDE system.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), ensure successful deployment, and provide post-implementation support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business users regarding JDE functionality.
• Develop and deliver end-user training sessions and documentation.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to business users post-implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions.
• Stay current with the latest JDE updates and industry trends.
• Able to travel approximately 15% within the continental U.S. and Canada.
