Role Description

Responsible for analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business needs into technical requirements by designing and implementing software solutions to optimize operations, acting as a bridge between the business and IT departments within an organization. Key duties include:

• Gathering requirements from stakeholders.
• Creating system designs.
• Conducting testing.
• Providing user training to ensure smooth system adoption.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and interviews to gather requirements for system and process improvements.
• Define and document process flows, mockups, user stories, and business rules for team alignment.
• Recommend and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Align solutions with organizational goals by partnering with business and IT teams.
• Develop technical specifications and collaborate with development and QA teams for accurate implementation.
• Manage end-to-end UAT, including planning, execution, and validation.
• Create training strategies and documentation to support system adoption.
• Oversee deliverables, timelines, and status reporting for assigned initiatives.
• Analyze data to generate insights influencing business decisions and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to system governance by developing standards and best practices.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth.
• Apply advanced knowledge and independent judgment to address complex, non-routine problems.
• Consider internal and external factors that may impact work outcomes and contribute to achievement of operational, project, or service objectives.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS or related field.

Experience

• Typically requires 2-4 years of related work experience.
