[Hiring] Senior Functional Consultant - Microsoft D365 Sales @Nortal

Role Description

Join Nortal for your next big adventure. We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant - Microsoft D365ce Sales to join our team, grow with us, and teach us a few things along the way.

What You'll Do:

• Lead discovery workshops with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT stakeholders to document current-state processes and define future-state requirements.
• Design and configure D365 Sales capabilities — leads, opportunities, pipeline, quotes/orders, pricing, territories, forecasting, and Copilot-enabled sales features.
• Own data migration requirements: lead business-facing migration workshops, define source-to-target mappings, transformation and validation rules, and support data cleansing and reconciliation.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, evaluating requirements against native D365/Power Platform capabilities and recommending configuration-first solutions.
• Define integration requirements between D365 Sales and other platforms (ERP, finance, marketing, data warehouses).
• Support testing (functional, SIT, UAT, data migration), training, adoption, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Act as a trusted functional advisor to business and IT stakeholders, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable specifications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering CRM, sales automation, or enterprise business application solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with strong Sales module depth.
• Proven track record as a Senior Functional Consultant or Functional Lead on enterprise implementations.
• Strong experience gathering data migration requirements and producing source-to-target mapping documentation.
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or a comparable Agile delivery platform.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Consulting or systems-integrator background is a plus.
