Role Description

Are you a Business Analyst who excels at connecting business strategy, technology solutions, and organizational change? Trissential is hiring a Senior Functional Business Analyst – IT Infrastructure & Security Focused to join our client's team. This role offers the opportunity to work at the center of enterprise transformation efforts, partnering with stakeholders, technology teams, project leaders, and business units to improve processes, drive adoption of new technologies, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

We're especially interested in candidates who have helped organizations successfully implement and adopt Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Copilot solutions while supporting change management and digital workplace transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, information technology, security, or digital transformation programs
• Ability to create process maps, workflow diagrams, business requirements documentation, and functional specifications
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced project environments
• Collaborative and consultative approach with a focus on delivering measurable business value
• Passion for technology, innovation, process improvement, and continuous learning

Requirements

• Experience implementing, optimizing, or supporting Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience leading or supporting Microsoft Teams deployment, governance, adoption, or collaboration initiatives
• Experience gathering business requirements for Microsoft Copilot implementation, adoption, governance, or AI-powered productivity initiatives
• Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting enterprise-wide technology transformations
• Experience supporting digital workplace modernization programs
• Experience facilitating user adoption, training, communication plans, and change readiness assessments
• Experience with data migration, systems integration, and enterprise application implementation projects
• Exposure to business intelligence, analytics, and process automation initiatives

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or related certifications are highly valued
• Organizational Change Management certifications or experience are strongly preferred
• Microsoft certifications associated with Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Platform, or Copilot are considered a significant plus
