As a Senior Fraud Risk Manager, you’ll lead the charge in keeping fraudsters at bay so our customers can bank with total confidence!

• Helping to lead our fast-growing global Fraud & Disputes Risk team.
• Work alongside leaders across our cross-functional Fraud Squads.
• Build great relationships with our Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams.
• Design smooth, effective fraud controls, investigation processes, and reporting.
• Champion a positive team culture and ensure key fraud initiatives stay on track.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading fraud strategy and risk teams, ideally in a fast-moving, regulated environment.
• Knowledge of UK & EU fraud regulations.
• Skilled at building tech-driven fraud strategies that scale across operations.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects and large-scale change programs.
• Ability to stay plugged into industry trends and respond to new fraud risks quickly.
• Excel at balancing fraud risk with business goals and collaborating to ship new products safely.
• Supportive coach who loves developing high-performing teams.
• Empathetic communicator who aligns messaging with core values.
• Data-driven, comfortable self-serving data, and love using tech to solve problems.
• Relevant industry qualification (such as ICA, Cifas, ACAMS, or CFE).

• Join squad leadership to turn our big-picture fraud vision into practical roadmaps for our UK and EU Banks.
• Strike the perfect balance between smart protection controls and a seamless customer experience.
• Be our go-to expert on fraud typologies and prevention tools.
• Oversee end-to-end design and rollout of strong controls.
• Embed data and threat monitoring to catch new fraud trends early.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Ops to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward.
• Coach, mentor, and grow a fantastic fraud risk team while supporting everyone’s personal and professional development.
