[Hiring] Senior Field Service Technician @Xylem

Role Description

The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes:

• Proactive system troubleshooting
• Working with mechanical and electrical systems
• Conducting preventative maintenance and parts inventory
• Anticipating and correcting safety issues with Company and Customer owned equipment
• Submitting work orders, inspections, and expenses in a timely manner
• Directly interfacing with customers
• Working in multiple systems/locations/customers
• Up to 50% overnight travel as required to assist with projects and other servicing needs
